Harvard Cooler
3 tbsp apple jack
11/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
6 tbsp soda water
Fill a highball glass with cracked ice, and dangle a twist of lemon in it. Add the first three ingredients and give a good stir. Then top it off with the soda water.
