Aaaah, can't you feel the subtle "nip" of Fall in the air? Well..... I CAN'T, it's still 90 freakin degrees out!!!! That being said, here is a spectacular brandy based drink recipe. Alhambra Royale
Hot Chocolate (almost filled to the brim)
1 small piece of orange rind
6 tsp cognac
1 tbsp whipped cream
Drop the orange rind into the hot chocolate. Heat the cognac in a metal ladle over a gas flame, and set it alight. Pour it, flaming, into the hot chocolate. Stir it in and put a blob of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Bring on the cold weather!
