O.K., I'm gonna take a break from partying to bring you one of my all time favorite drink recipes! This one combines some strange "bedfellows", Rum and tonic. Drink recipes featuring rum and tonic are rare, but I guarantee you that this one will "knock your socks off!" Sip this one under a nice shade tree!
Tropical Rum Tonic
1 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
3 oz tonic water
lime wedge
Fill an oldfashioned glass with cracked ice. Add rums, top with tonic and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge. DEE-LICIOUS!! Before you leave for the pool/beach, check out some very cool outdoor bars HERE
