Grappa 75
1 oz grappa
1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
11/2 oz chilled Proseco
orange twist garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add grappa, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup(oops, almost forgot- 3/4 oz of simple syrup, and Grand Marnier. Shake vigorously and strain into a large cocktail glass.
